Behavioral health × Enterprise × Technology

Complexdecisions.Clear direction.

I'm Cliff Levine. I help behavioral health organizations navigate their next big technology decision—with a clear view of the business and the people behind it.

01Perspective

The technology matters.
Understanding the
organization matters more.

2013The year I joined
Kipu Health.

My work at Kipu has kept me close to the realities of behavioral healthcare. Today, my focus is enterprise business development: complex organizations, important decisions, and relationships built over time.

A platform decision is never just about features. It's about how clinicians work, how teams stay connected, and how an organization moves forward. I help bring those conversations together.

Behavioral health, in depth.Industry context, not a generic sales playbook.
Enterprise, in perspective.People, priorities, and the bigger picture.
Technology, hands on.Curious enough to explore. Practical enough to test.
02Where I focus

Different priorities.
One way forward.

Good enterprise decisions connect the clinical, operational, and financial picture. Not just one piece of it.

Start with the people delivering care. Understand the workflows, documentation demands, and points of friction before talking about a solution.

What will this change for the person using it every day?

03How I work

Less pitch.
More perspective.

The goal isn't to win the room for an hour. It's to build a relationship that holds up after the meeting.

01 / Understand

Ask the next question.

The first answer rarely tells the whole story. I want to understand what's driving a decision, what's getting in the way, and what people actually need to change.

02 / Align

Make the complex clear.

Different teams can use the same words and mean different things. My job is to connect those perspectives, make tradeoffs explicit, and establish a shared path forward.

03 / Follow through

Stay close to the details.

Strategy only matters when it survives contact with reality. The scope, the unanswered questions, and the next conversation deserve as much attention as the big picture.

04Beyond the title

Always curious.
Usually building.

I like understanding what's possible by trying it. That means building with AI, prototyping interactive experiences, and turning research into something useful. It's how I keep learning—and how new ideas become real.

05The next conversation

Good things start
with a conversation.

A big technology decision. A perspective worth sharing.
Or simply a good introduction. Let's connect.
